long overdue (I): jogoya review

" Short note: If I have the time, I may re-edit this post with more write up to the review. "

In early June, I visited this Japanese Buffet restaurant. It was one of the best I have ever been to so far.

Jogoya is a Japanese Buffet Restaurant hailed from Taiwan. It offers a wide range of food varieties. Not only you can find Japanese food, i.e. Sushi, Shashime, you can also try on Western cuisine, Chinese cuisine, and also Middle-Eastern.

It was a whole new dining experience in Jogoya for me at least. The ambient there was great, and the food was superb. They have such a wide range of varieties, and it will take you forever to even try every single type. You will need a whale's stomach to cater the food variety availabl!

According to source, Jogoya can cater about 580 patrons. I cannot find much information on Jogoya over the Internet. So, I couldn't write up too much on it.

There are 4 operation hours for Jogoya. If you're interested, you can have the following:

Brunch (RM 78++)
11:30a.m. - 1:40p.m.
11:30a.m. - 2:00p.m.

Hi-Tea (RM 68++)
1:40p.m. - 4:20p.m.
2:00p.m. - 2:00p.m.

Dinner (RM88++)
5:00p.m. - 9:30p.m.

Supper (RM78++)
9:30p.m. - 12:00p.m.
9:40a.m. - 12:00.m.

Credit Card accepted for payment. Also, you are required to place reservation beforehand if you plan to dine in Jogoya.

Here are some of the photos on the food available:

Ittadakimasu.

The iron clips in the pic (above) are for you to place order in some of the dishes which required to be cooked or heated. The staff will do the heating for you, and will have the food delivered to your table as soon as the food is ready.

Sorry about the lack of write up, but I really can't find much time to do it.

While dining in Jogoya, green tea (ocha) or any hot tea is highly recommended choice for your drink. It'll do your appetite good. ;-)

Cheers for another round!

" End note: Some of the photos here are taken with En Haw's camera. Credit to him, thanks man. "
